Trauma-informed by design
Every scenario is written with trauma-informed principles at its core. We never re-traumatise to teach.
A disclosure. A difficult conversation. A conflict tipping the wrong way. Knowing the policy was never the hard part; it's what you do in the moment. And you don't learn that by clicking through a module. You learn it by practising. That's the principle Scenari is built on.
Every scenario is written with trauma-informed principles at its core. We never re-traumatise to teach.
Grounded in the Worker Protection Act 2023, the Employment Rights Act 2025 and EHRC guidance, not adapted from a generic international course.
People become capable by doing, not watching. Everything we build is built to be practised.
We give organisations documented proof they've taken reasonable steps: the thing that actually matters if they're ever challenged.
Scenari isn't just a piece of software. Underneath it sits a proven methodology: the CEASE Framework®, the UK's only registered, trademarked continuous-improvement framework for preventing sexual harassment at work. It follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, the same approach that underpins international ISO standards for quality management and occupational health and safety. That makes prevention something you keep getting better at, not a one-off exercise you complete and forget.

Founded by someone who has worked at the intersection of HR, trauma-informed practice and harassment prevention.
Scenari is built and led by Chloe Wallace, an HR specialist with more than 15 years' experience and the founder of HR consultancy OneSource HR. Delivering specialist sexual harassment prevention training, she was asked again and again for e-learning, but never believed a topic this nuanced, sensitive and high-risk could be handled through passive, tick-box learning. Scenari is her answer.
Chloe has also worked on the frontline with victims of gender-based violence, where she trained in trauma-informed practice and built a deep understanding of disclosure, victim-blaming and the psychology of harm. She is accredited in supervision by the British Psychological Society, supporting HR and employee relations professionals who handle complex, emotionally demanding workplace issues. Scenari brings all of that together: her HR and commercial expertise, her frontline experience, and her commitment to anti-harassment work.
